*  Only written quotation will be forwarded.

 *  All bookings must be confirmed with a returned fax with all the necessary details required.

 *  The quotation will be valid as long as date is still available.  
    Bookings will only be booked as soon as the deposit is paid.
    First paid application will be booked if more than 1 quotation is issued for that day.

 *  A R400-00 deposit is required for each booking. Bank transfer only and no cash.

 * The deposit of R 400.00 will be paid within 2 days of sending the conformation into the bank

 *  A R400-00 cancellation fee will be charged for a cancellation of a confirmed booking.

 *  All outstanding fees must be paid fully 5 days prior to the function into the bank account.

 *  You must accept the conditions stipulating that if the outstanding amount is not fully paid,
    the contract is annulled and the disco will not pitch for your party.

 *  The required space for the equipment is minimum 3½ meters wide x 2 meters deep.
    If there is not enough space, the full disco will not be erected and cannot be penalized for.

 *  All functions will be attended by Corrie Botha himself, the DJ and a assistant.

 *  No table required but 3 chairs must be provided for the Disco personnel.
